QR-code work requests (add-on)
Allow people in the field to log a field request by pointing their smartphone at a QR code. That way, maintenance logging isn’t restricted to those with a MainTrak user account.
Display the QR code on a wall or on a machine; anyone can simply point their camera at the QR code to log a work request into the system, and even add a file or photo to the request.
Those logging the work do not need the MainTrak phone app; all they need is a working camera with an internet connection.
