QR-code work requests
Allow people in the field to log a field request by pointing their smartphone at a QR code. Display the QR code on a wall or on a machine; anyone noticing something that needs to be logged can simply point their camera at the QR code to add the request to the system.

Those logging the work do not need the MainTrak mobile app to log it; all they need is a working camera with an internet connection.

While the QR-code feature allows anyone to log new requests or add resources through their mobile device, managing all the moving pieces works best from a larger screen (desktop, laptop, or tablet).
For those who need to manage maintenance tasks and assets on the go, the mobile app makes sure you can handle everything from your phone or tablet.

What are the technical requirements of MainTrak CMMS?
MainTrak is a SQL-based computerised maintenance management system hosted on MS Azure.
The browser version will run on any computer (PC or Mac) with internet access.
The mobile CMMS app (add-on) allows you to access all features from a smartphone.

Why is pricing annual and per site? Can I just buy the program?
The yearly fee ensures you keep access to our excellent customer support, and to any new security or functionality updates we make to the software through the years.
How do I know if I need a single or multiple site licence?
Each site license corresponds for a distinct operational facility and management team.
Smaller companies will only need a single license.
For more complex setups, MainTrack offers an “enterprise” platform that can cope with multiple sites or global operations.
Service providers maintaining multiple client sites can manage assets, tasks, parts and projects for each individual site or client directly from their dashboard.

While MainTrak is currently the cheapest cloud-based maintenance software in the world, we understand it’s a hefty investment for companies with limited staff, assets or budget.

What's included in your onboarding and setup service?
Once you purchase a license, we set the application up for you. Our experts will first allocate core parameters and users for your company, and then upload your data (assets, project management, and spares).
This allows you to push the “GO” button within days after activating the license.
